Château Troplong Mondot

Château Troplong Mondot · 2017

FranceBordeaux85% Merlot, 13% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 2% Cabernet Franc14.5% ABV

The wine is fermented gently in small, temperature-controlled, truncated stainless-steel vats before aging for roughly 16 to 24 months in French oak barrels, with the new oak portion scaled down significantly to around 65% to allow the natural terroir and crisp fruit freshness to take center stage.
