La Petite Odyssee Panorama 2023

Antoine Bernardin · 2023

FranceSouthwest France (Haute-Garonne / Vin de France)40% Grenach Blanc, 30% Bouysselet, 30% Chardonnay12.5% ABV

The organic grapes are hand-harvested from mature 28-to-36-year-old vines planted on unique Pyrenean pebble terroir, fermented using native ambient yeasts with minimal cellar intervention, and bottled with minimal sulfur to keep the wine pure. The blend is uniquely shaped by Bouysselet, a rare local grape variety that adds exotic perfume, striking aromatic complexity, and structural acidity that perfectly cuts through the roundness of the Grenache Blanc and Chardonnay.
