Following a cold skin maceration lasting between 6 to 12 hours, this wine is crafted exclusively using the premium free-run juice obtained naturally by gravity. The juice is fermented in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks using indigenous yeasts, followed by 8 months of aging on its fine lees with periodic stirring to build its signature texture and aromatic complexity.
