Château Palmer

Château Palmer · 1999

FranceBordeaux (Left Bank)52% Merlot, 41% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 7% Petit Verdot13% ABV

Vinified gently using gravity-fed reception and a suite of 54 temperature-controlled, conical stainless-steel vats. Each plot and grape variety was isolated to allow precise micro-lot extractions. Matured for 20 to 22 months in French oak barriques, deliberately keeping the new oak portion under 50% to preserve the immense natural aromatics and velvet-like silkiness of the fruit.
